The report of 13 September 1915 records visits to the shop of Thomas J Clarke, 75 Parnell Street, on Saturday 11 September by Thomas Byrne, followed by James J Buggy, Piaras Béaslaí, John McGarry and M O’Reilly. On Sunday 12 September, Clarke was visited by Charles S Power and Michael McGinn.
A number of arrivals at various train stations are reported, including the arrival of John O’Hurley and John O’Dea from Limerick Junction, Charles Shannon from Belfast, Patrick O’Malley from Galway and Patrick Hughes from Dundalk. The departure of Joseph McGuinness to Galway, and the return of O’Hurley and O’Dea to Limerick is also noted.
A meeting in the Phoenix Park was attended by, among others, Terence McSwiney, Countess Markievicz and Major John MacBride.
The report concludes with details of those in attendance at a meeting in the office of the Irish Volunteers, 2 Dawson Street, including Laurence Ginnell, M.P. [Member of Parliament], Bulmer Hobson, Eoin MacNeill, Michael J O’Rahilly, Patrick H Pearse, Éamonn Ceannt, J O’Connor, Frank Lawless, Patrick Hughes, John Fitzgibbon and Terence McSwiney.
