Free guided tours of Census 1926 – The Story of Us, the National Archives’ new exhibition in the Coach House Gallery at Dublin Castle, are now available to book.
The exhibition runs until 14 June 2026.
Tours take place
- every Wednesday at 1.15pm
- every Saturday at 11.15am
Each 40‑minute tour is led by a member of the 1926 Census public engagement team and explores the documents on display and the story the 1926 Census reveals about life in the new Irish state.
Each tour is limited to 12 complimentary tickets, which can be booked through Eventbrite.
