Video on Records Management from the National Archives now available

The National Archives has launched a new resource to support Government departments in managing their records effectively and securely. As part of Public Service Transformation Week 2025, Antoinette Doran, Senior Archivist, presented a webinar introducing the National Archives Records Management Toolkit and streamlined disposal guidance.

This new guidance helps departments safeguard vital information, comply with legislative requirements, and reduce unnecessary storage costs. It covers practical steps for managing emails, instant messages, CCTV, and Subject Access Request files, ensuring that records of archival value are preserved for future generations.
